This combination is perfect for lunch. Both are easy to make too. I had some nutrella pieces left at home. So instead of making simple jeera rice, i added some nutrella chunks along with it for extra taste and flavor. Both are nutritious and i love to make them again. Here is the recipe.

Bay leaves - 2
Jeera - 2 tsp
Mint - handful
Nutrella - handful(wash and soak them in hot water for 20 mins before using)
Green chillies - 2 (chopped)
salt - as needed
Butter/oil - 1 tsp
Tomato - 2 medium
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Jeera - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - handful
Salt - as needed
Grind to smooth paste:
Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
Chopped onions - 3 tsp
Cloves - 3-4
For the pulao:

Butter/oil - 1 tsp
Preparation:
- In a kadai, add the butter/oil. Once hot, add jeera, cinnamon, bay leaves, green chillies.
- Once they crackle, add the mint leaves and fry until they shrink.
- Now add the nutrella and fry for 5 mins till they become soft(sprinkle water in between).
- Add the cooked rice, salt and mix well.
For the Gravy:

Frozen peas - 1 cupTomato - 2 medium
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Jeera - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - handful
Salt - as needed
Grind to smooth paste:
Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
Chopped onions - 3 tsp
Cloves - 3-4
Preparation:
- In a pan, add butter/oil. Once hot, add the cinnamon, jeera.
- When they crackle, add the ground paste, chilly powder and fry until the raw smell goes off.
- Add in the tomatoes, salt and fry till they become soft. Add peas and 1/2 cup water.
