Dahi Choley

 This is one of the healthiest recipes I have ever made. In fact I learnt this from my husband. It can be used as a raita or as a dessert.

Ingredients:

Curd - 3-4 spoons
Shredded Ginger - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 4
Shredded Carrot - as needed
Shredded cucumber - as needed
Channa - Washed and cooked
oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - as needed
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - a few

Preparation:
 

  • In a bowl, mix together, carrot, cucumber, salt, curd, coriander leaves. If needed you can add little garam masala but this is optional.
  • In a pan, heat oil, once hot, add mustard seeds, ginger, green chillies, channa and fry for few minutes..
  • Pour this to the bowl mix, mix well.
