Poha - 3 cups
mustard seeds - 1 spoon
green chillies - 2(cut into small pieces)
channa dal - 1 spoon
Salt - as needed
Oil - 3 spoons
- Soak the Poha in hot water hardly for a minute until it becomes soft.Take out the poha and remove the water sticking to it.
- Now in a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds ...wait till it splutters.
- Add green chillies, channa dal., mix well.
- Now add the soaked poha, salt and mix well for 2-3 mins.
Aval Upuma is ready :)
